Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. For the same message us on Instagram with the full parcel opening video showing the defects.
We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
We do NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
